Plans
Team, Scale and Enterprise run the same Mini. They differ in parallel capacity, service and where Minitap runs.
Every plan includes every user, every build (built from your repository or uploaded), every recording and every report. You can pay monthly or annually, and add extra parallel sessions on any plan for the months you need them.
- Scale adds a quarterly review of the suite with the Minitap team.
- Enterprise adds a dedicated instance, your own cloud or your servers, deployment in the region you choose, single sign-on and directory sync, and support for your security review. See Security and data.
How a plan is sized
During the pilot, about two weeks, Mini learns your app, writes a suite and runs it on your builds. The team looks at your apps and platforms, how many tests each release needs and how often you run PR checks, nightly runs and releases, then proposes a plan that covers all of it. When you add apps, platforms or releases, the plan is resized with you. The pricing page compares every line of the plans. The service description sets out support hours and uptime, and your order form says what applies to your workspace. What counts as usage
Usage is counted per scenario and per platform, once that scenario finishes on that platform. A scenario that runs on iOS and Android in one run counts once for each.
In a run report, a scenario that wasn’t charged carries a Not billed marker, with the reason behind it.
Parallel capacity is separate from usage: it’s how many mobile devices and web browsers your runs use at the same time. Scenarios beyond that wait for a free device.
See your usage
Open Settings → Usage & billing. Owners and admins always see it, and every member sees it once the workspace has a plan. Only owners and admins can change anything on it. The main column covers the current monthly usage cycle:
The Workspace plan panel on the right shows your plan, Plan price, Plan renewal (or Access until once a cancellation is scheduled), Parallel capacity and the buttons described below.
If your workspace has a monthly credit allowance
If your workspace has a monthly credit allowance
Some workspaces run on a monthly allowance of credits. Their usage card shows Credits used this monthly cycle against the plan’s allowance, and Extra charges this monthly cycle next to it. The Workspace plan panel adds Credits included this period and the Credits refill date. With Pay-as-you-go on, runs keep going past the allowance and the extra usage is billed monthly on a separate usage invoice. Spend limit sets where extra charges stop: once the limit is hit, new runs pause and nothing is billed past it until the cycle resets or you raise the limit. With Pay-as-you-go off, runs stop when the credits run out.
Add parallel capacity
Click Add capacity in the Workspace plan panel to open Add parallel capacity, then set Extra mobile devices and Extra browsers and click Save. Extras are billed monthly on a separate usage invoice. An increase applies right away with prorated billing, a decrease from the next monthly cycle. Extra capacity needs an active subscription.Change your plan
Click Change plan to open Change your plan, pick a plan and a billing interval, and confirm.
A plan that can’t be changed from the dashboard opens Let’s do this one together, with a link to Contact us about your plan. For a resize after your usage grows, talk to the Minitap team in your Slack channel.
Cancel or resume
1
Cancel
In the Workspace plan panel, click Cancel subscription. The dialog sums up what happens: your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, pay-as-you-go usage billing stops at the same time, and the current period isn’t refunded, whether you’re billed monthly or annually. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.
2
Until the period ends
The panel shows Cancels on and the date. Your workspace keeps its plan until then. After that date, it loses its plan features.
3
Resume
Changed your mind? Click Resume subscription any time before that date. The subscription continues as before.
Invoices and payment method
Click Billing portal in the Workspace plan panel. It opens a secure page where owners and admins manage the payment method, billing address, tax IDs and invoices. Extra capacity and pay-as-you-go usage come on a separate usage invoice from your plan’s invoice. Questions about billing? at the bottom of the panel reaches the Minitap team.Trials
During a trial, Usage & billing shows a Trial banner with the days left and the end date. Add a payment method in the Billing portal before the trial ends to keep your plan: without one, the subscription is cancelled automatically. Members who can’t manage billing are asked to contact the workspace owner to set it up.Next steps
